Constellation Charities
Constellation Charities seeks to preserve community legacies for better futures through adaptive reuse, reducing waste, and rehabilitation of historic spaces. Our first effort will transform Casa Chavez in Tempe, AZ, an adobe home and ranchito constructed in 1886, into a gathering place for the local community and visitors for all of history yet to come.
Project: Casa Chavez
This historic adobe at the heart of Ranchito Chavez was hidden away from public eye for nearly 140 years while it was passed down through the same family. In 2024, the land was acquired in stewardship and rehabilitation of the property began. Once completed, the grounds of the ranch will be open to the public as a park, community center, and memorial space that honors the personal legacies of our shared history.
